IV Therapy Course Requirements

Trinity Health Academy considers applicants for admission based on the following criteria:

1. Submission of completed application with all required documentation.

2. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse.

3. Submit proof of licensure.

4. Provide photo proof of identification: (driver’s license, passport, employee ID).

Upon acceptance a non-refundable seat deposit of $150.00 must be made within 7 days.
