Step 4: Entrance Exam
All required documents and application must be received prior to taking an entrance exam.
Practical Nursing program applicants must schedule an appointment 2 days in advance to take the entrance exam via NLN Proctor360.
Home Health Aide applicants please complete the appropriate request form below.
There is no entrance exam requirement for the IV Therapy course. This course is for nurses only.
